I spent about a month in the hospital for mental illness and substance abuse. I know have a million appointments to go to. Luckily, my old T is taking me back, and I have that appointment soon. Still, I'm a little embarrassed about the situation I just got out of. It's going to be hard session, and I'm not really sure where to start. A lot happened while I was in the hospital.

In addition to this, I have to go to IOP now, and I'm worried about how this will go. I don't really like going to group therapy. I, also, have to get my psychiatrist to consent to prescribing my new meds.
