I asked T if I have PTSD. It only happens in specific situations and with a specific person.
So now does that mean I need more sessions to work through this and get better, or chase up that psychiatrist referral ASAP?

I have PTSD and its being treated with both therapy and medication.

Thank you. Currently see psychologist once a month. might need more? Am already on meds, don't want anymore. I can sleep and function most days. Thank you for the feedback.
