Has anybody seen/ heard of the website mantherapy.com? Somebody told T about it and she mentioned it to me. The husband of the person how told T has visited the website and has been quite different. I checked it out seems weird but then again I am not a man.

If I were a man I'd find it a bit patronising, but maybe that's just me. For example "When catching Zs is harder than catching a 20lb trout" is playing up to a stereotype a lot. It's be like a woman's mental health website saying "When depression stops you from leaving the house more than breaking your favourite lipstick".
But that said, it seems well meaning and something needs to be done to tackle the mental health taboo among a lot of men. If it helps someone, then great.
Thanks for this!
