I have decided to keep the car and get a new engine because I can't transfer my registration and it's good for 6 months.
Thanks for this!

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a red wine? I'm such a newbie!

I like a Shiraz Malbec or a grenache I don't know enough about your wines to get more specific

My favorites are Shirazes and Malbecs, but you can't go wrong with a good Chardonnay.

Oh my god how drunk am I. Chardonnays are white.

Or a Cabernet Sauvignon. I love my reds.

In other news, I had two drinks at dinner, and I am a lightweight. This feels nicer than being depressed about T.

You're pretty safe with a malbec. I always get that if I don't recognize anything else on the menu. Chilean malbec is a safe and affordable choice.

Israeli and Spanish reds are my favorite in general. Hermon and Laya are coming to mind but I'm blanking on all the other ones that I like.

(Currently drinking a mediocre but perfectly serviceable and tasty malbec. No idea what it is)

H and I had to stop and get gas, and he asked me if I want to keep the party going. I'm now purchasing a 6 pack of cider.

I like this coping mechanism.

I'm not a huge fan of whites. Too sweet for me generally. I do have half a bottle of a Riesling at home though.

It is amazing I went and got my rose quartz crystal haven't had it all day between that and the wine I am getting back to focusing on the love and compassion again. Having a touchstone from that powerful experience is such a good thing. Maybe the feels just ran their current course. Or many it's both. I'm not drunk yet, so it's not that.

I am definitely not a wine connoisseur. I prefer mimosas or bellinis. Sometimes I'll do a sweet Riesling or moscato. The only red I will drink is a chilled sparkling red.

Being a solid grand cheaper than my current digs I am SO DOWN

To answer their questions:

1. Violin, viola. Failed attempts on sitar
2. 100% in favor of cookouts. Potlucks- only if I can bring something outrageous, which is always. Bonfires- not a fan tbh. Only because my eyes and smoke are not friends. Girl Scout camp sucked.
3. a. Ear-scratcher b. Poke people in a crowd to get them out of your way c. Half a pair of hobo chopsticks d. Intercontinental Ballistic Missile e. Supporting beam for diarama of T's office

I still feel okay. What is this madness? My internal world is calm, and working nicely together. I feel lighter and less heavy. I think I feel like a normal human.

I do keep having dreams about Duchess though, it's odd and I can't explain them. I think I miss her. Which is stupid.

1. Do you play any musical instruments? Not since the recorder in 5th grade, and the world is better for it. Epic failure.
2. What are your feelings on cook outs, potlucks and bonfires? Cookouts: I don't like eating outside. Potlucks: I don't like eating what random people make (ew, ew, ew). Bonfires: What Anais said. Except I never went to Girl Scout camp because I was never a Girl Scout. (I was a Brownie for a year, and I hated it.)
3. Name five uses for a pencil other than writing. - Chewing on the eraser
- Throwing it at people or just across the room in frustration - Cat toy? - Anais is much more creative than I am, and I have no more answers. - Oh wait, to put your hair up with?

Try Sauvignon Blanc--that's generally pretty dry. Either from CA or New Zealand.

I really did use my pencil to jab people out of my way while changing classes in HS. No one ever caught on.

I saved this smooth move for the dreaded "English Hallway," which was like sitting on 93 southbound through Boston on Friday at 5:30pm in the snow, but uh, in a high school and on foot.

Vinho Verdes are nice for summer too (and extremely cheap) they can be sweeter or drier but tend toward dry, and they're slightly bubbly, but not nearly as much as a real sparkling wine. More like an afterthought of bubbles. My favorite is Santola, it has a crab on the label

Good lord -I go traveling for one day and I don't know what came over this thread. This is why we have the library with club chairs, little talking, no hugging, and no blinky pictures of real or pretend excrement.
