I'm scared my T is angry at me.

I've been under so much stress lately so I definitely had to use the money for a therapy session.

And I'm also trying to find a new psychiatrist. I emailed one yesterday and the office manager wrote back and said thanks for writing and that she'd be in touch.

And now, I have a huge crush on my local pharmacist that fills my prescriptions but it's just a fun kind of crush. He is a genuinely sweet guy.

Should I talk to my therapist about my crush on my pharmacist? I really, really like him a lot but sometimes if he doesn't pay as much attention to me, I take it personally. For example, when I was waiting for my question to be answered, he seemed in a hurry.

And I really hope things work out with the new psychiatrist.

It seems to be important to you then yes bring it up. It might illuminate what you are looking for in relationships

Thank you. I've always pictured myself unlovable and even though I was engaged once, it didn't work out.

Now I have to take care of my younger brother and sister so I'd never even have time for a relationship.

I've also lost touch with a lot of my old friends.

I feel so alone in the world.

Aw, I'm sorry, Hope. One thing I have found with old friends is they are often very happy to hear from me, even if it's been ages. I have two friends I get together with now after being out of touch for about ten years. Would you consider reaching out? It might really help you.

I've considered reaching out. I think it's been difficult because I've been very sad lately and haven't found a doctor that will listen to me yet. The last doctor that I saw gave me a few prescriptions for my ADHD, anxiety, and insomnia but he gave me a sample of a new medication. That sample medication had me vomiting often. I tried to contact the Dr.'s office several times to tell them what was going on and they never contacted me back.

I have also been in a lot of pain and feeling despair lately. I am sorry that you are there.

As far as talking about things with t, IMO talk about whatever you like.
