I'd go by train from home. It was one transfer then around 7 stops on the second train. He lived maybe 15 mins away from the station so around 50 mins in total. But sometimes I'd leave later and still turn up 5-10 mins earlier.

If I'm away and not at home we have sessions online on Skype.

With my last T I had moved so it was taking me 2 hours each way. New T's office is right across the street from my business so it's about a minute walk.

Most of the time I go after work, so it's a 10-15 minute drive from my office. If I'm working from home they day, it's about 20 mins from home
