I’m done with my old T but waiting on a new T. I’m not sure what to do while I wait to get in with the other T because I’m still not doing very well. I’ve been seeing my old T regularly (once every week or two)for a year so I don’t know how to go this long until I get another T (could be over a month). Anyone going through this and do you have advice?

Well you could read some books about whatever issue has you in therapy. There are also workbooks on cognitive behavioral therapy that you can do at home. Or maybe just take a mini vacation and do something fun in the hours you were normally in therapy.
