I know that quite a few people here are also going through the trenches of therapist loss/abandonment/termination, etc. (though, honestly, this is for anyone who is going through anything that feels entirely overwhelming and life-shattering).

I wanted to just share a song that's been playing on repeat in my head during this time for me. I'll forewarn that there are faith-related lyrics in bits of this song (mention of 'grace' and 'heaven'), though, honestly, I don't listen to this as a faith song or anything. (Me and my faith aren't getting along these days, so, I've really got no interest in that sort of song right now.)
