I've been with my current T for over six years. We've done a lot, but now I'm digging into other areas and he's not as helpful. I guess he thinks that I can figure it out on my own, but I would like advice and he skirts around it.

Since my last PTSD episode on Thanksgiving, my pnurse thinks I could use a T that would help more with solution-making and less on validating feelings.

I'll see old T the 19th and new T on the 20th. I should know then whether I'll switch or not.

I love your Rilke quotation. He is one of my favorite poets.

Did you ask your T directly why he skirts around the work you would like to do?
