I really need a T. Sometimes I wonder if I will ever have one again. I really need a doc to talk to. Just want to cry and scream!

Is there anyway that you can get to seeing a T? If not do you have any family of friends that you can talk to?

Try and be gentle with yourself, but know that its okay to cry sometimes, and that its just your bodies way of trying to comfort itself - releasing all those built up emotions.

Keep talking on here,
We're here to listen

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Inky))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Is there a county mental health department or city or state that you can find some help? Sometimes organizations can help you find someone. Like Salvation Army etc. I hope you find one soon too.
