My DBT helped me stay on track and not rebell like I usually do. I'm kind of shocked that it actually works. But it does. I thought instead of acted. My therapist has mentioned to me that I'm rebellious, which I knew but it sunk in more when she said. I'm fighting urges to rebel a lot. The more people tell me no the more I want to shuck it all and do what they tell me not to do. But it's getting less and less bothersome. I'm breaking further away from my ex, not tempted to text him like I was last week. Only occasionally not as frequent. I'm moving on rejoined the dating site we met on. Saw his profile he hasn't reactivated it. I'm chatting with a few guys, but nothing serious yet. No real dates, most are long distance, today I got a local guy. See if that goes anywhere.
