Hi,
I'm experiencing symptoms for PMDD for almost a year. It happens every month and getting worse each month. I think it's time to get help because it really intervening with my daily life.
Whom should I see? Is it psychiatrist/psychologist (since my issues is related to mental health) or obstetricians?

I would initially suggest seeing a gynecologist to rule out any underlying conditions. Then seeing a either a psychiatrist/psychologist to help provide emotional support.

Yeah definitely see your gynecologist to make sure there isn't any underlying cause.
