At risk of being .. (Edited)

I can’t not be fuzzy bear.

I would have done better in therapy if I had had a degree in psychology and spent a couple of additional years researching, reading etc on top of this, but I wasn’t good enough for therapy. And still am not. So thanks a ****kng bunch to those professionals irl who confronted me with their twisted reality.

Dorothy Rowe is another (old) writer who once saved my life.

I’m sure many can’t stand her. It’s easier to close one of her books than to walk away from a ****ed up and fake “relationship” - at least it used to be for me.

I’m not suggesting all therapy is fake, I would not be so presumptious. The fit between myself and the therapists was not .. good..

I’m so sorry!

There seem to be good therapists out there... and you ARE good enough to have one if that’s what you want.

A failed therapy experience (or many) does not make you a bad person!!!!!

How did Dorothy Rowe save your life? Is there anything in her ideas that you could expand on to help yourself again? Maybe there's a therapist who knows and likes her work? Or something like it?
