Those (professionals irl) who accused me of “having changed very little”....

In many ways I have changed. They are flat out wrong.

I don’t fall into some of the same traps I used to fall into.. some of those traps set by those professionals. Who were not professional or respectful of me (irl)

But I still struggle. Still haven’t shed all those names all those abusers called me, all their wrong assumptions based on their stuff

Wishing just for one day I had something to numb this pain. But I don’t .. so I have to endure it. (Allergic to meds, alcohol not an option) No replies needed
