I struggle with realizing things I do might be self punishment. for me certain things I do I've done my entire life... with no real thought to it. lately I've been trying to analyze my behaviors more. so yeah I'm not sure either

I'm not sure exactly but it feels like I get extra depressed but it's also addictive. Like, I typically only punish myself in addictive ways so the punishment goes on and on and on... and the depression gets worse.
