Ive got this bad feeling my therapist is going to let me go tommorow because I told her I didnt like her looking at me. I feel like she will tell me I am not making any progress. Maybe Im not but I would hope she would let me terminate. I feel like I will be so lost. I had a support person here but I think I upset them and I didnt mean to. Please send prayers, good vibes, love and light, whatever it is you do that I dont get terminated tommorow.

I hope your appt goes well and your T will use this as an opportunity for discussion rather than termination (I honestly can't see why a T would terminate over this, however, I understand the fear because I have been there and have just started to truly trust my T in the last couple months).

I hope your appointment goes well and your therapist does not terminate you over such a trivial thing. Perhaps it would be a good idea to talk to her about your concerns and get her take on the situation. That might reassure you.

All went well. She actually let me sit beside her instead of in front of her. Which was kind of cool. I had a nice session today.
