Should I switch? I change appointments from every week to every two, with the thought and discussion if I need to go back to weekly I can. She's booked a month and a half out. I don't really feel like she's that helpful to me, I've had better therapists. Should i just suffer through or find another therapist?

I think it's a good idea to find one who you find helpful and who can meet your needs. No harm in going T shopping.

If it were me, I would first talk to her about what’s not working. Thenid seeif there was any improvement and if not, move on.

From your own words - if you don't feel she's helpful to you, why should you suffer through?
I would look for a better match elsewhere. |

It wouldn't hurt to see who else is out there that might be a better fit for your needs. I know it's an arduous process but it can be well worth it. HUGS Kit

Sounds like a good time to start looking for a therapist you feel better about with more availability. Best of luck.
