If your T was an emoji/smilie which one would they be?

(he often gives things a lot of thought, like closing his eyes to ponder for a moment, then will share his thoughts) plus (he loves his coffee)

The thumbs up, which doesn't seem to exist on this site, but which does on my phone. I'm not a big user of emojis.

But his role in my therapy is encouraging me to go after what I want.

Emdr T:

ice cream because she said the one reason she could not become vegan is she loves ice cream to much, plus she is fun and always happy.

whenever I walk in and out of her office she makes me feel welcome and safe.

she does make mistakes and on a couple of occasions said something totally off. Thankfully she always owns her mistakes

is very religious and since I am too we often have theological discussions as part of the topic at hand.

she sure likes to poke around a lot. Which has me going deeper than I ever did before

I didnt follow directions I couldnt pick just one.

Just to prove I can follow follow directions. For T
for multiple reasons. We always hugged at the end of every appointment. It was always warn, comforting, and sometimes maternal. Plus the faithful side hope's someday will see her again and get another hug .

I do really like her and feel really attached but sometimes it feels like she has fangs that she digs into me and depending on how the session goes is how deep she twists and digs them in. Emotionally speaking

probably this one but without the devilish face, a kind one, because she is always digging up traumas I didn't know I had and asking me "why do you think that?" and similar questions so... she stirs my emotional pot and sometimes it is difficult but overall good
