At first I was looking forward to my therapy appointment. Now I don’t even feel like sharing my writing tomorrow. Also, I was responding to the office manager’s question in an email and halfway through writing it, I fell asleep because I was exhausted and the email accidentally got sent as it was and that’s embarrassing.

Plus, I’m wondering if my T’s feelings about me will still be good.

I think most Ts have a more enduring view of us rather than one that radically flips from "good" to "bad". Most emotionally healthy people can hold on to the overall picture of others, rather than swinging from one extreme to the other. So, even if we do things we perceive to be "bad" I don't think most therapists will wildly change their view of us much from week to week.
What I am saying is I doubt your therapist will have replaced "good" feelings about you with "bad" ones. It's highly likely that your therapist will develop a much broader picture of you and your issues over time though.

Oh - embarrassing mis-sent emails... I feel ya!
Thanks for this!
