I think I see a different context for this interaction than you see. I see a long-standing pattern of disrespect and an inappropriate shifting of responsibilities from this T to his client (and if I'm mis-remembering, I apologize; but my memory is that this T has been extremely inconsistent in meeting his professional responsibilities at the most basic level of be where you say you'll be when you say you'll be there, and it's caused pain again and again.)

Against that backdrop of disrespect, the accusations toward the client of demanding too much strike me as projections. That's what I would want to call out--that he has done harm. Actually, I would have years ago, and had the behavior continued, I would have terminated. So for me it isn't about a client acting out or revenge, it's about taking back self-respect. Honestly, at the point at which a T is in such denial that projections of this sort are being acted out, I don't see any point in addressing the issue in the hopes of resolving it, but I might want to take the opportunity to confront him and do so on my terms.

Yes, my intentions are to confront him on the recent inconsistencies. Though, I am I unsure if I am going to do it tomorrow, or later in the week when my appointment was originally scheduled. Like I said earlier yes he had a pattern of disrespect when it comes to consistent appointment times, and has let me done a number of times. But in recent months improved on it immensely.

Hmmm.. we do for sure of a dual relationship. I am not sure how much this plays into our recent issues. Thought, it sucks because I had an event for my daughter we both we st today. Because of my role as the dance studio I am in charge of a lot while at these events and t was there and have to interact. It is hard to be pissed to be pissed at him, but interact with him as I don’t know him outside of that environment. So, I drank a lot of wine while at the event today. T probably thought there was not way as depressed as I have been because the wine put me in my happy place. It really was the only way I could deal with him, and other people today.

And damn it.. t lost his keys today at the event, and I had to be the one to find them. I didn’t know who they belonged to.. so I was wandering around asking people if they lost keys.. and t comes rolling up and was like oh those are mine. Why did I have to find them? Because then I had to laugh with him and his wife about her forgetful and having holes in his pockets.. and that was just another interaction I didn’t need.

Time for a sermon from the church of unaluna:

So with the keys, there was an opportunity to be real with each other. Even on the couch, dont we treasure moments when we truly connect? Like when jesus turned water into wine and his mother YELLED at him, he was like, mother, what would you have me do? This party was dying! Sometimes its more important to BE in the moment than to follow some rule that hasnt been written because this exact situation never happened before! Amen.

I don't know about over here and I know your lecture has a strict policy but is there a special consideration provision where you sit the exam but provide medical evidence so that your past grades are taken into consideration and offered a supplemental exam
Personally I think an exam is the least of your worries

Another option, since it's likely near the end of the semester, is to take an incomplete and finish the course later. I had to do the fall semester of junior year in college when I had mono--I was able to come back and take my exams in January when I'd mostly recovered. You may want to reach out to the professor to share your situation--even without needing surgery, you still have shingles, so that would likely be enough of a reason.

I am just going to spam the couch to try and take my mind off it.
One thing that Una said was that she thought my T was burnt out I remembered the other day that she is his gp too I think I have seen him seeing her twice. Plus he has said things that indicate this. If he were burnt out she wouldn't put that pressure on him would she? I always thought i was keeping a good distance from him i dont know how attachment works but somehow I am ore attached than I thought. This is the craziest thing I ever let myself in for.
So much for taking my mind off it.

My dog is really sooky and jumps on my lap every time I sit down. He is Cav so sometimes he tries to get so close it feels like he trying to get into my skin. I am not sure whether this part of the breed or an anxiety reaction, the vet doesn't seem to know either.

Contact the school first thing tomorrow (prof and dean of students both would be my suggestion) and get an mds note to give them. The strict policy is quite often to keep students from coming in and whining about how x arose and blah blah blah.
I have had students ask for extensions or excuses for all sorts of crazy stupid foreseeable things that I will deny or reduce their grade over, but in true medical situations, there are arrangements that can be made.
