I must say letting all the pent up anger out made me feel a lot better and less anxious. I remember seeing on the news along time ago someone set up a smashing room a place where you could throw Nd break things and I think her husband had cars outside that you pay to smash it was wildly popular

Does anyone here have a bread machine? (FKM? WFS?)

I have my grandmother’s old crank by hand one (it must be 70 years old), but the recipes for gf bread I’m seeing stress getting a bread machine with a gf setting and I’m wondering how much that matters.

I was just going to ask a stupid question but quite obviously gf dough needs to be kneaded differently as it's the stretching of the gluten that ffects the rising of the bread ones not it?

Maybe this will help - it gives some reasons

She just ate Taco Bell, does she really need to report? You can just use your imagination.

I have one in the basement gathering dust. It's old enough that I don't think it has a gf setting.

Sorry, that's no help.

I just looked up the reason, and it looks like gf bread should only rise once instead of twice, which explains at least one of many reasons my attempt to make gluten-free rolls (by hand) for our student was a spectacular failure...er, learning experience.

I made some really terrible gluten free crackers today.
Luckily the dogs seem to like them, so I can now say I was making dog biscuits.

I can’t believe I am considering spending hundreds of dollars on a bread machine.

Well, I guess it makes jam, too. And caaaaaake for una.

Think about how much a loaf of actually edible gluten free bread costs - the machine will pay for itself in no time.

FWIW, I'd spend the bucks and get a Zo. Mine is at least 20yrs old and perfectly fine, except that I need a new bread pan. The only thing is I think you have to buy a full size one to get 2 paddles; I think the mini only has 1. But friends who have the mini say it makes great bread, though they don't make GF. The big ones have multiple customizable cycles, too.

And get to know the folks on the King Arthur flour bakers' help line--they're wonderful!

My ex t misinterpreted my goodbye text. I texted him back after missing his call saying I was all right. Then I realised i was not really angry at ex t but at my first T
Possible trigger:
i also communicated to this ext that if I feel that way no one will ever know. I know you can't be responsible for others feelings but I hope he just takes it as information and does not call anybody.

4.5 more hours on tonight’s shift, then one more shift, then a break.

This is turning out to be a very long two weeks.

In my experience, anger tends to cloud judgement, BCM.
