I'm so embarrassed by this. I just accidentally subscribed to Better Help. I was trying to see how much it would cost and I hit subscribe. No page asking if I was sure or to confirm and I was billed for 200. Worst part is I didn't have that money and am now over 100 in the negative on my bank account. I have my settings set to not overdraft, yet for some reason Better Help can do that. I've already been struggling these past few weeks because my account has been in the single digits. I cancelled it immediately and begged for a refund but since it's Friday, I won't get that until Monday, if at all. This is my only card and I have no money for two days and won't have gas to get anywhere. I know this is rambly and a bit of oversharing but I just have no one to talk to or help me with this. I don't know how to be a person in society clearly and don't know what to do. This is not helping my mental health.

So sorry this happened to you. I've found that when I'm feeling anxious I sometimes take risks that cause me more problems. But if I do nothing, that's not always good either.

I definitely understand about feeling unable to function In society. I've found the people on PC to be more helpful with that than any therapist. Have you tried posting about things that concern you in some of the other forums?

If it is helpful, when I worked with Better Help about my payment stuff, they were very open to refund and what not especially if you didn't start talking with anyone. So, if you want a refund, don't reach out to who ever you get assigned or don't pick someone.

I've also done this on other sites. I'm sorry this has happened to you, especially when you were already stressing on your finances.
