I took the risk of bringing the topic up to H tonight. I thought I did it calmly and he got upset with me. I was just being the messenger and asked if he did something this morning. I feel like a failure.

Yeah i dont like people touching my eggs. And by the time i get stuff unloaded and they start on my order, they already have the case open and i sound like a crazy person yelling, "No! Dont touch my eggs!" Okay its my favorite part of checking out, but i do prefer u-scan.

Possible trigger:

Not feeling very safe tonight but H is out driving and I don't want to risk being inpatient again. Crisis line wasn't helpful, just told me to watch a show and get some sleep.

The life coach seems promising. We are meeting again next week to make a plan for me. Today she told me to entertain the thought that just because I think the world is passing me by doesn’t mean that it is. Anyhow..onward. Fear not! I’m sure she will piss me off eventually.

I loove self service and was so happy when they introduced it to my local huge supermarket. Sometimes the queues were ridiculous if you just wanted to buy one item. But they have an issue with the price of one pastry being 5p higher then the shelf sticker and if there's a discount item it sometimes doesn't go through.

I'm waiting to go into T's. He has builders in so I am going to see him in his conservatory today. I'm so anxious. In 5 years I've never seen him in any other room but his therapy room. Pocket riders appreciated.

Hi Couchies, I'm tired today and I have T tonight. I don't really feel like going but maybe I will feel like it once I get there. I am waiting for the controller to say it's okay to pay the bills I want to pay. I realize a lot of my job is waiting around for others to approve stuff. But that's okay. I'm not feeling that well physically today. My stomach is kind of bothering me and I just don't feel great. Maybe a touch of something coming on, or maybe I'm just overly tired. It took me a long time to get to sleep last night. And I've been getting up early to come in to work early. I'm not sure what I am going to talk about with T tonight. I'm actually not in crisis so it feels sort of weird to go in there and just be like, hmm. Maybe she will have something she wants to explore. I'm going to try not worrying about it. We'll see how well that goes. HUGS to anyone who wants one...Kit

I'm feeling amused at the moment. The anniversary of my father's death is Saturday. I had expressed to my therapist that I wanted to get away to a cabin this weekend - somewhere quiet and peaceful, but outdoor activities and camping are very popular in my state and it's practically impossible to find a state park or national forest cabin on short notice. So I'm sitting at work and I get two emails from my therapist (we meet in an hour) with listings for VRBO's. He's working as my travel agent right now. I'm feeling charmed and cared for at the moment.
