This is the therapy I have started with my new T.
I've done a bit of research on it and it looks like it has been helpful to many... Anyone else doing it? |

I haven't tried it but it looks interesting. I like the mindfulness aspect of it.

Yes, I do. I vastly prefer it to CBT.
