I second BCM's pasta bake suggestion. Veggie or the elbow pasta, cook up the turkey bacon and chop it up to put in, put the cheese on top or crumble it in all mixed up.

Yogurt and bananas for breakfast and if you take lunch, lunch meat sandwiches or PBJ.

I could eat the same thing for lunch and dinner, but I don't think I could eat dinner for breakfast. Unless it was .

I wonder how the pasta bake would turn out because the veggie pastas go in the microwave

I hate leftovers. They always taste foul to me. I don’t know why. I think I would make more of an effort to cook if I liked leftovers.

If I put frozen vegetables in a casserole or something, I do pre-microwave them but don't cook them fully. Drain and put in casserole. They've never come out overcooked or anything.

Maybe I’ll try some sort of bake tomorrow since I’m home a reasonable time.

I love the name of this couch! Cuz I love me some gingerbread. The 'real' stuff, not the americanized sweet crunchy cookie version. My sister-in-law sent me her recipe for russian gingerbread (she's from russia) and it looks quite complex, so I have not tried it yet. When my mom comes to visit next month, we are going to try it. My brother has shipped me some from a german bakery too that was just fabulous.

Gosh I so want to email L and share with her all about the workshop since she was the one who told me about it in the first place, but I feel like I shouldn't. Well, she's already gone through it so she knows what they do and stuff, but I still want to share my experience of it with her. I guess this letting go is gonna be a gradual thing huh...
