I'm struggling with what I've come to realize is a delusion about my therapist
I'm seeing him tomorrow and I dont know what to expect I haven't been in 3 weeks . I made a session but cancelled it I've been communicating with an entity that says it is my T . And says awful things. I have nightmares about my T I'm scared to say this is not real . Because if I expect it to not be real and if I expect my session to go well , that means it wont Just asking for pocket riders , tomorrow 2pm EDT

I cannot stop thinking about it , and feeling the fear I'm scared he will say goodbye forever I just dont know how I would cope w that I've been seeing him for 9 years. I don't even know how this would end . I feel scared that it will end before I am ready , or, able to fully cope with it.

I'll hop in your pocket too JD. Try to remember this entity is your brain/ mind playing tricks on you , and leaving you feeling scared , the deep stuff in the subconscious seems to be something that feels real.

Hugs I'll hop in too our minds can be very tricky when we are anxious. I hope you have a better session then what the fear is telling you think. Too often my fears often turn out to better. It's hard to think it's going to be okay til the session happens. Hugs

Happy to update that my session went well
T said he has not been communicating with me telepathically (voices/enitity) and that he cant do that . And hes not terminating me We had a good discussion, we did go on a walk , I am so glad that I went even tho I was scared. And I'm grateful for my therapist . So much Thanks for being in my pocket yall! Til next time !
