I'm hoping it's my own fears. I feel confused by what he was saying. I told him I have a fear that CPS will affect us meeting and any "more" to my plate feels overwhelming. He said that more probably feels overwhelming but less would also feel overwhelming. Maybe I need something different. And that he doesn't think CPS would say we can't meet on certain days, and we can always reschedule times.

That's what I'm hoping for if he's calling. I tried doing that IOP program back in September on top of seeing him.but they only paid for a few weeks. I'd be open to something like that again if they paid for the whole program in top of seeing him as often as I do.

I was told at work today that I was getting a raise. Yeah! It's not a lot of money, but since I'm in accounting and I see the state of our cash flow, I wasn't really expecting a raise right now even though the General Manager and the owner had both said they would try to get me more money after the first of the year. It's one thing to have money on paper, it's another thing to have money in the bank. I'm not the only one to get a raise--about 3/4ths of the workers are getting raises. But even though mine isn't a lot of money, it's a good percentage. So that makes me feel good. The owner said I deserve it, and the general manager told me I'm doing a good job. That made me feel good. Maybe felt even better than knowing I am getting a raise. I'm still underpaid for my position and education, but it's a step in the right direction. It's nice to be appreciated. Certainly I didn't expect it right now. With as much work stress as I have been under, this is a bit of good news. It's retroactive to 1/1/2020 so I'll see it on my next paycheck. Happy dance. HUGS Kit

I'm still struggling over today's session and the ambiguity of what T said. I know I need to talk about it more and trying not to jump to conclusions. But that's not making this any less hard or confusing.

Possible trigger:

This is triggering all the feelings that there's something wrong with me and it would be a lot easier on everyone if I wasn't around.

Fear is SO loud but it is also untrustworthy. You definitely need to check in with T and until then stay safe!!

Thanks Kit, I appreciate it. Well I was definitely open—I feel like I was way too open and now I’m panicky. I let him read this list of notes I have in my phone of random s*** that I wanna talk to him about at some point in more general, vague terms. Today he read the explicit version and I feel like he’s silently judging me.

Tomorrow is my super long day at work. Give me strength.

4 year old just about to turn 5 year old has been a real challenge the past 2 days. Today In the car he hit his sister. I told him when we get home he is going straight to his room. he told me “Jersey. I’m telling my mom I don’t want you here anymore” I called his bluff and told him to go ahead. There are plenty of girls and boys who need my help and I turned around to start driving. The rest of the ride was quiet. We got to where we were going and he screamed at me. I told him I won’t tolerate his disrespect. We got home, I put him in his room and there he stayed until his dad got home. I told dad that I have been trying to form a new line with him based on his diagnosis and how the doctors said he is wired but I will not tolerate blatant disrespect from his kids or anybody else's. He told me he will handle it. And on that note I told him to have a nice evening and left an hour early.

You know, when I leave they really should give the next person a heads up about this kid.
