maybe its because i dont have a T anymore and i only have her but everytime we meet i get out of the session triggered, needing to SH or at least drink.
i dont know why. maybe cause i feel she doesnt really get it as my Ts would have done. i feel so lonely, nobody to talk to really…. i fee so raw in certain moments and nobody or nothing can be done about it, only live with them. im tired, i dont know what to do anymore until im waiting for peace… im tired... __________________ * Heaven is a place where Nothing Ever Happens - "Heaven" by Talking Heads * Death ends a life, Not a Relationship - Mitch Albom |

I’m sorry your Pdoc triggers you, I have had some of those and it makes everything so much harder. Is there a chance of getting a T or someone to talk to so that you are less dependent on Pdoc?

What do you mean she "trigger's you"? Is she insensitive? Is she abrupt? Is she not listening or distracted? If you can pin point what's "triggering" you then you can bring it up to her for discussion. I suggest writing her a letter when you have an idea about what's not working in the relationship for you. If she doesn't know you feel this way how can she make adjustments so your communication improves?
