I'd also contact him to clarify. My T says he's never bothered by texts or emails to confirm appointment times. And if you need to rearrange your schedule a bit, you'd want to know in advance. |

What's even weirder is that the portal blocks out every Friday, so I couldn't request that day even if I wanted on my end. |

I do send cards back from people who send them to me unless I want the person to leave me alone - and then I just ignore the card. __________________ Please NO @ Selfishness is not living as one wishes to live, it is asking others to live as one wishes to live. Don’t know about therapist rules, but CE. You had a terrible time with that woman and she’s still jerking you around. |

I once sent a thank you card to my Pastor's wife for sending me a graduation card when I got my MBA. She was baffled....like why would I send her a thank you card for a card? So now I send her text messages when she sends me a card, saying thank you. But the acknowledgement is still there--to me, that's the important part.

The main holiday cards we get now are just the photo kind with friends' or relatives' kids on them. We don't send any in return.

Thanks. Preferable response to the attack the members and blame them for something they weren’t doing. Christmas cards are pretty rare anymore, not in the way we used to do it. It used to be traditional to send out dozens (even hundreds) each year, and yes, back then you just added people to your list and sent them. Now days? I know of few people who send them out like that. We get a few from older generation family members but as most of us no longer go buy boxes of Christmas cards anymore, we don’t feel at all obligated to send one back.

Yeah, but you used to be able to send an xmas card for 2 cents. So, for a dollar, you could send 50 of them. Now, you can send two.

I used to be the xmas card assistant in our house. Pretty sure you could send an unsealed envelope for 2 cents when i was a girl. My dad got mad at me when i sealed them one year and cost him an extra penny per. Now i have to look it up!

I remember the huge stacks of cards my parents used to send out. My sibling and I were the stamp lickers

Very few people send Christmas cards anymore. I didn't send or receive any this year.
