Background story

I'm off my meds been off since mid Nov. I told her in January but I was good. Now I'm showing signs that are obvious and that are psychotic. I'm all over the place. She has said last week and this week that she may chose to stop seeing me if I'm off my meds as we can't be on the same level.

I totally understand I really do...

Today I feel like she was annoyed at me cause I'm still off my meds etc. We were speaking and I really value what she says. I do understand that she would prefer I was on meds but I can't . I'm worried she is going to tell me to go when i turn up at her door. I'm in 2 minds to cancel next week's appt. I want to see her badly but I'm scared. What if i say something stupid/offensive? I'm swearing a lot and I apologise all the time re the swearing

I'm assuming your therapist is not the prescribing physician. Have you been in touch with your prescribing physician? If you've been off your meds since November, you probably need to touch base with that person and develop a plan for getting back on them. That might be a good first step that you can make.

I'd say if you haven't heard anything from them or pharmacy by noonish tomorrow, give them a call and check on the status of things.
