My T really listened to me and he recognized the PTSD and began working on that and it has made a world of difference already! I feel hopeful. He actually focused on the things causing me problems and I’ve began to sleep better already and my functioning is improving in all areas of my life. I’m hopeful about my life and future.

Thanks! I debated on whether to come back with an update because I was scared that it would turn into a debate and plus I am ashamed of my posts on this site. But I always read along because I care about you all and I appreciate the support.

When my doctor truly listened to my symptoms and why I had been suffering, he got to actually witness the panic and racing heart and I think he understood it so much more.

It was great the way that he was listening and sincerely wanting to understand. It was a powerful moment. It made a huge difference with him actually listening to me.

Of course, he was sleepy too and I thought he was going to fall asleep but he didn’t.

It was a very powerful session.
