I am having a really hard time coping with my thoughts. My T is part of my safety plan, I am supposed to text her if I am struggling. I am afraid if I do though that she will want to send me to the hospital. So should I take the chance and contact her?

Yes, contact her. She is part of your safety plan and you are struggling.

Whatever she does will be to keep you safe.

Text her.
Thanks for this!

Yes, text her. If she can trust you to follow the safety plan she is less likely to jump into action rather than talking you through it.

Ok. Hanging in there. I got a new weighted blanket and it is helping some. Thanks for asking.
