No, we did. If we do move, we'd be keeping current house as a rental property. Which of course adds to the stress.

Ah, OK. Yeah, that would add stress. We've thought about doing the same, buying and putting our house up as rental--we'd likely bring in considerably more than our mortgage, so could cover other costs. But we're also happy with my D's school (of course, will be virtual through January, so...). Would be nice to have a single-family home and regular backyard (we have a ground-floor deck). But I've read prices are elevated right now with the low interest rates. So...staying put.
