Hello,

I pushed up my therapy appointment up for today after an emotionally abusive episode I encountered with a narcissist that I’m now in no contact with. Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you address this with your therapist? I am going to address the fact that I kept letting him back into my life despite the shabby treatment. I suffer from anxiety and this episode sent me over the edge. I had a headache and bad anxiety for 3 days. Little better today thankfully

I have. T had seen the signs that there was trouble in the relationship earlier but wanted to be sure that he (T) and I had a strong enough relationship that I could hear it from him and be OK. T very gentle and respectful. In another unhealthy relationship T waited for me to open up the conversation. T got a little over involved emotionally with that one but we were able to work it out.
