My husband also has severe OCD and is a hoarder, which is why, although we've been married for over 30 years, we don't live together. He's also a Vietnam veteran with major PTSD. He refuses to be in therapy and won't take medication. His decisions present an extremely challenging situation for me, but the not living together helps give me space that allows me to better cope. I also started therapy 2 years ago due to complicated grief. __________________ |

I’m really happy with my T. I trust him and believe that our sessions are useful and insightful. I’ve been seeing him for almost three years now and although i still have things to work through, I feel that I definitely understand myself (and the world) a little better.

No.She's nice but she doesn't care like my 1st therapist. First T cared about me more than anyone I've ever know.

Yes, I see how my therapy has helped me significantly. I can see the growth. I think my T is really good for me and what I need out of therapy/therapist. She's not perfect and we've had a few ruptures. I used to post a lot more and a lot more positive (or positive transference) about my therapy and therapist.

Ah I forgot to reply that I am back with my helpful therapist. I think it was all a misunderstanding that my parents wanted me to cancel her. Anyway, I am happy now because I do have a helpful therapist. It is good.
