h loved the steaks i cooked yesterday morning. i finally learned how to cook them medium and not totally overcook them. i'm slowly gathering up recipes so once this overtime at work ends, I'm planning on cooking a lot more. i love to cook, it's just between work and school i pretty much hadn't been doing it. after overtime, and with no class this coming semester, i get to again. Yay!
i made donuts last night using the air fryer thingy, they are so yummy. |

Woops sorry for being an egg head. I posted in the wrong thread!

Possible trigger:
Also, to tie into Artie's steak post, today, Dr. T, who knows I'm a vegetarian, said that the solution to my feeling better is a juicy steak. Or some fried chicken. He was just messing with me, of course. But it did make me smile through some tears. |

That's where mine are (and I'm on my laptop). The problem is, it's generally where I'd normally click the "submit post" button. So I keep almost accidentally clicking on the ad. I know that's the idea, but still--it would at least be less annoying in another location. I think I had one that was psychology-related, but the others are generic things. |

I don't get ADs on PC but I use the google extension Adblock. Maybe try downloading a blocker. On other forums I'm on they don't let you browse without disabling it first which is super annoying as I also click accidently.

That's where mine are. Just started this morning. Some of them have been mental health related but some are generic. I'm using Firefox. Don't know how to disable them.

Yes, I was going to suggest getting the AdBlock plugin. I have it and it blocks all the ads on this forum for me.

Vaccine shot #1 scheduled for next Thursday. Have to drive an hour because that was the closest one that had open appointments.
They told me I’ll have to wait a bit after because I’ve gone into anaphylactic shock from a medication before (penicillin). I would imagine the ingredients are quite different, though. (I remember going into anaphylaxis from the penicillin. It was very unpleasant.) |

No, when I was 9 or 10 I had this mystery illness and penicillin was one of the things they tried. I don’t think the mystery illness was ever diagnosed officially.
So I didn’t know what was happening when I suddenly couldn’t breathe. And it didn’t help that my father’s first thought was I was playacting and he yelled at me. (He came around pretty quickly after that, though.) Last edited by atisketatasket; Jan 12, 2021 at 07:26 PM.. Reason: Clarity |

I just wrote a long, super-emotional post on fb. After I finished writing it I felt so dizzy i thought I was going to pass out. I don't know what that was all about! But I'm okay now. That was totally weird. Maybe I should just go to bed early....
