had my first therapy session for 2021. It was a very productive session. I was going to therapy every 3 weeks and now I will be going every 2 weeks to work on trauma and dissociation. I just wanted to share some good news.

It has helped me to know that therapy is a safe place again for me and it's okay to have the support in my life.

I am very happy she is able to make it workout for her. I think this way my progress wont be lost and the support I need from her will be good to have.
