Today's session with my therapist was intense and very good. I have been working on trauma for the last few months at a deeper level. I sometimes lose focus and now I have relized that when I do lose focus dissociate I get very depressed. My therapist wants me to focus more on my feelings now, and she also said that im very brave to want to start dealing with this. I also need to start dealing with bullying that happened when I went to school right through to college.

A productive therapy session is so rewarding. I love the feeling of having achieved something important in therapy, and moving ahead.

I agree, you are very brave. You remain committed to the work, or to the 'process' as they love to say.
