My therapist is not able to see me this week due to her feeling ill. My day program has been shut down to Covid19. One of the counsellors has it and has been home for almost 2 weeks. I see on my face book a few friends from day program has covid19. I have been on pins and needles all week and very scared. Also what has not helped is not finding out allot of information. I so wish I could talk to my therapist.
