I was thinking of the gambling aspect. Wonder if they took bets on the Pope?

Pontificating! I swear, thats ALL he ever does!

The Kitchen Nightmares is on where the owner didnt know that Soup of the Day meant a different soup every day. Speaking of pontificating!

Eta - finally, got a load of garbage and recycling out. This is a big step. Theres been a bit of a logjam. Almost literally.

Want to come take out mine too? Why is it so hard? I mean it's literally down a flight of stairs and a few apartments down...

I'm tired and sad. New alter revealed themself. I know my T says I gotta be the parent of my alters etc, I just want a break for a bit. I am doing my best.

My sister sent a message after months of me not hearing from her after a boundary I set. Suspicious timing given stuff about our mother. I decided I won't reply for now.

I literally could not be closer to the elevator.

I dont like anybody watching me.

Sometimes there is a maintenance guy in the garbage room and he will GRAB my garbage and FLING it into the dumpster or a recycle bin. Not that he isnt very nice and i do appreciate the help, but i find his actions shocking and abrupt somehow. I prefer to EASE it in.

I probably need a lot more therapy!!

My bin is 10 steps from my back door and some days all i can do is open the back door and throw it out. I just dont have the energy somedays to go those 10 steps.

I also get that someone is watching me feeling. And then think about what they must think. Like 'Wow, this woman has a lot of trash' or something. I have similar thoughts when I have to bring my groceries in or when I have to fetch a food delivery order. Somehow I never see my neighbours doing it and feel like I might be the only one. But that's just not possible...
Nowadays just going outside my apartment seems quite daunting.

Morning couchies. I actually slept through the night for the first time in a good while! I feel refreshed this morning which is rather an alien feeling. I think it's because in training yesterday they crammed our heads full of SO much I literally had a headache by the time we were done. I'm learning the Specialty medication side of the house, it's 6 full days of training and yesterday was the first day. Eventually our whole team is going to have to learn it, but they asked for volunteers to learn now so I figured what the heck might as well volunteer. During this week I don't start til 6:30am so I have another 20 minutes to play around online before I have to sign onto work. woohoo!

I feel proud of myself. I got a lot accomplished at work in the past two days. I didn't want to get my butt out of the lazy boy this morning to go get ready to go to work. I was playing with my Mom's dog, playing fetch with her. She would come and stand on me with her toy in her mouth. So I got her and I said as if she was speaking, Kit get your butt up out of that chair and get ready for work. Stop being bone idle! Stop being lazy bones! It was funny thinking that it was coming from the dog who all she does all day is laze around. Ah to be a dog in our house! Or a cat! So I did eventually get up and get going. When there was a car chase on the news. I wanted to see the story about the tiger, but oh no, someone steals a you haul and the rest of the news goes out the window.

That was a long rambly way to say I feel proud of myself for even coming to work, much more so for actually getting stuff done!

My side is hurting today though. What a bummer. I don't know why. It's sort of the back of my side. Whenever my side aches I get hypocrondrical and I think that I have a burst appendix or something. I'm sure it's just a stitch in my side and nothing to get worked up about.

I’m having an issue with my BF (which I have been talking with T about) and it’s making me feel really really awful and I asked T for an extra session this week which I’ve never done before and he hasn’t gotten back to me (though in his defense I only emailed him two hours ago).

This feels really bad.

Thanks, Lost
I'm sure you thought to put up walls that keep the rest of the world. Well, at least my world. Right?!
Need a quiet, safe place, comfy couch for awhile.
Thanks

Taking my garbage and recycling out is extremely challenging for me. Mine is also down 1 flight of stairs and across a small parking lot. Big deal, right? But I feel like people are watching me (silly)...the whole endeavor is difficult. Many times I wait until dusk or dark to take it out.
