My parents are visiting my sister and they aren't having a very good time. I feel bad about that. Even though it's completely out of my control. My sister is having relationship problems with her husband (maybe soon to be ex) and the children are all pouty and uncooperative. I tried to tell my parents that they are going through a lot and to give them a lot of grace but yeah, my parents didn't give me a lot of grace growing up so that's not their forte. I'm planning on going to the grocery store tonight to pick up some roast for dinner tomorrow (parents come home tomorrow and it is one of their favorite meals). I am trying to go out of my way to make their coming home special.

In related news, I am letting my Mom's dog sleep with me while my parents are away instead of sleeping in her crate. It is a treat for both of us since I no longer have Esther sleeping with me and Amelia only sleeps with me when it's cold and it is definitely not cold in So Cal right now.

Good luck- I tried such a thing with the first woman and it went right past her. She is not all that bright.

Pretty good session today. I shared the homework (what little i got done) and we talked about it. And did some shamanic work and then talked about that. I don't know how that hour goes by so fast.

Okay maybe twice I have understood, but not much more than that. If I started sounding like you, somebody would probably want to get me tested. And I like Dean Martin westerns -I watched them with my grandmother when I was little - we never once thought about his underwear. I never think about anyone's underwear. __________________ Please NO @ Selfishness is not living as one wishes to live, it is asking others to live as one wishes to live. L and I have had a major rupture I've had 4 sessions with her this week, and it's still not resolved. I actually raised my voice to her in yesterday's session. She just wasn't listening. She kept explaining things away. She made me feel guilty saying she prioritized me which made her 5 mins late for another client... And then she said that it doesn't help with my black and white thinking...
She's confusing me and I'm confusing her. It's a mess. It's a horrible cycle. I need her, but I don't want her. She's hurt me really bad. Her rules/rituals are messed up. It's like she's changed. My appetite is low, I'm barely sleeping, I'm in physical pain, my family is being a *****. I need L so much, but she's no longer safe. She's been bringing up hospitalization more and more. It's starting to remind me of ex-T. Like she's given up. I want to give up. __________________ "Odium became your opium..." ~Epica |

Hugs, Scarlet, I'm sorry you're going through this with L. Is it at all possible that you could contact T to see if you could talk to her/schedule a session?

Last week L had me picture my negative animus sitting in a chair across the room (a chair that had never been there before, hmm) and wanted me to dialogue with him. I couldn't do it out loud with her watching me. (I am not a huge fan of the "parts" thing, especially when she starts talking about autonomous parts/complexes.) So I had her drum and I had the 'dialogue' with him on paper. I filled 1.5 pages of my notebook with it, writing fast. It worked for me that way, and was actually helpful. What I hate about the whole "parts" thing is sometimes when she's talking about that stuff it makes me feel like there's other people running amok inside my head or something. I don't much like that idea. |

Got my 2nd vaccine dose this morning. My arm is so sore. It was a little sore after the first one, but it's painful after this one. I wonder if I'm going to get the flu-like stuff tomorrow.

Sending healthy vibes for you, NP and una. I had the cruddy feeling the day after my second 5G shot, but it wasn’t as bad as I’d expected. My T made me laugh when he was talking about when he got the vaccine. He said the first shot felt like he got kicked in the arm by a Shetland pony, while the second shot felt like he got kicked in the arm by a large white horse. Don’t ask me why the horse was white. I think he was thinking of a specific breed. Maybe Silver from the Lone Ranger?
