So as most of you know I have been trying out many different therapists. In between each I have taking a break from therapy. I am starting to feel like I might be better off without it and was using it as a crutch. I do know that if I get in that deep dark place I might need one then so maybe I will see one monthly just so I have one if needed. I quit TMS because trying to get there was stressing me out more than the treatment was helping. So I am on less meds, less therapy and no TMS and I am surviving but not thriving. Plus if I ever go back to work in person I don’t know how that will affect me.
