I had a really tough time emotionally when I ended things with my last therapist at the end of February. I was in a deep depression for close to 3 months. Now I barely think of her and I’m wondering if I’m just blocking things out or if I’ve just legit moved on. I’ve had a number of people who I was close to like my previous T and then I just forgot about them once it was time to move on.

But I don’t think much about her anymore or the sessions we had. The good or bad ones. I have less support now since I moved then I did in my old town where I had an entire team of mental health professionals and medical doctors that I worked with. and I guess I just feel kind of emotionless about not having that support now.
