I saw my therapist car at the clinic this morning. So I am really hoping she is back and will give me a call sometime this week. It's been a very long 3 months without her. I hope she is feeling much better.
I have been having check in's with another therapist from the clinic for the last 2 weeks. It's been helpful to talk to someone. It has not helped with the losing focus all the time, high anxiety, and deep depression. I just hope it wont be too long before my next session with my therapist now. |

I was hoping to get a phone call from her today. I really am feeling disappointed even though I know she must be extremely busy and trying to catch up on 3 months of work. I am inpatient and part of me feels like she has forgotten me. I hope she is going to be working full time soon. Only working 2 mornings a week is really hard for her to see clients, plus everything else.

My therapist phoned me this morning, we talked for a good hour or more. I am so glad she is back and she expects to be working full time by September. My therapy is every two weeks on the same day and it felt so good talking with her. I really am glad to have her in my life as she is a good support for me.
