Just wanted to say that this forum and all of our lovely, quirky talks about our therapists has been a great source of comfort for me in the last year. I appreciate you all and whenever I come on here I feel like I am less alone. Sorry for the soppy post, I just realised I never expressed this and for some reason, it seems important.

This thread is really warming. I appreciate this place too and have received some great support at times when my therapy has been painful and confusing. I think there are some genuine gems of people here, unusual and engaging folk.
