Might be getting a new therapist

There have been policy changes at the clinic where my t works. I promised her I would keep things confidential and it's been overwhelming. I know soon I will have a new t because my t will probably leave the clinic. I have been crying all afternoon

I'm so sorry to hear this. I know you've had a hard time with not being able to see this T lately. Is there a chance you would be able to follow her if she is going to practice somewhere else?

I don't know if she is going into private practice as this policy change just recently happened last week. If she does I will try to follow her because she has helped me allot more then any therapist I have seen at the clinic

Some more bad news today I went to cooking class that is part of the mental health day program that it might be the last time. The cooking teacher is not vaccinated and the clinic is limiting cooking class because of it.

I see my therapist on Thursday, I hope she can get a exemption or something. I have made so much progress with her only to have another therapist again would be hard to start all over again.

I miss normal and where I live covid19 is really bad it's overwhelming our hospitals.

I have cried more in the last 3 weeks then I have in a very long time.

I had a very productive session today, if my therapist can't work at the clinic she will still see me one on one like we have been. She also would make sure my file stays open so I can still go to day program. Alot of my anxiety is gone around that. I really like my therapist and we have a good relationship.
