online versus in person therapy

I absolutely hated online and couldn't get on with it at all. I had a few sessions on zoom at the start of the pandemic and when we were locked down again at the beginning of the year but apart from that I've been very fortunate to be able to see my t face-to-face. It's a decision we made together and we've always been extremely careful.

I'm glad your T was able to work with you to make a decision which seems best for you. Do they wear a mask or no? It seems that the dilemma for many that they can do back to in person but would mean wearing a mask and that online with no mask is better than in person with a mask.

I had my first phone therapy session yesterday as I can't leave the house at the moment. It was very strange, I didn't feel very connected to him and it felt more like a confessional type thing where I was just talking at him and he was listening.

Dunno if it's because it's been a few weeks since I saw him, but it really felt like he was far away from me.
