Last week my therapist told me she would still see me even though she was no longer working at the clinic. We have not talked in a week and my mind is starting to wonder if she has abandon me.

Oh Cheryl, hold on tight, she may just be really busy with everything at this time of the year. I'm sorrys it's hard for you, our mind can play really funny games with us... I hope she gets in touch soon.
