I had a really good session with my therapist, we talked allot about why we can't meet anymore face to face right now. She is going to keep seeing me weekly by phone and hopefully she can continue working at the clinic because of the vaccine mandate in place.

We also discussed about if she can't work at the clinic she has a place where we can. She told me today that she wants to continue working with me regardless if she is still employed at the clinic. I feel like this is a good move for me too.

I would still continue day program activities, probably have another therapist assigned to me to continue day program.

For the first time in a few months i feel good and have a smile on my face.

That's fab news Cheryl. Stability is massively underrated I think and I'm glad you seem to have found a little of it, even if the how is uncertain.
