Hey,
I am looking to get someone perspective on a rupture I have had with my therapist that I am having difficulty processing. If I share here I worry that the details will make it too obvious should she or any of her clients etc read here which I doubt it likely but still. Would anyone be willing to have a quick read and give their perspective in private message? It's more relational/attachment to therapist stuff so if you experience that in your therapy it would be helpful. |

I am happy to give my thoughts. I know how difficult a rupture can be.

I'd be willing to read it and reply. I've certainly deal with my share of relational/attachment issues in my past and present therapeutic relationships...

If you need or want additional perspectives, I am also open to it. I have had quite a few ruptures with my T and we have worked through them all (so far!). Although it hasn't always been easy.
